Hanging out with the incandescent Isabel Deroy-Olson, after watching her wonderful feature debut performance opposite Lily Gladstone in the powerful, deeply moving "Fancy Dance", now streaming on Apple TV+. Her character is forced to deal with the meaning of family, with abandonment issues, & with life as a foster kid, & so I found her to be both inspiring and deeply relatable, given how central to my life those same struggles have been.
